On to the card! Isabelle Paper Doll is one of the great new sets that MFT is releasing this month. This set has an fabulous assortment of stamps in it. I decided to use the mermaid tail for this card. One of my favorite things about MFT stamps is that you can bend and manipulate them into a slightly different shape. As you can see here I have bent the tail to the left for one of the mermaids and to the right on the other mermaid. This is a great way to get that little bit extra out of a stamp!
The mermaids were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on to Papertrey cardstock. I colored them with Copics. I then brushed over the mermaid tails with Shimmerz in Angel Wings! The effect is just gorgeous! Click on the photo to see all the shine in detail. The cardstock is from Stampin' Up!, Bazzil Bling and K & Co. The gorgeous May Arts ribbon had an amazing glimmer to it. The brads are from Basic Grey.
