I decided that this year I really need to focus on sending out more cards. This decision may have something to do with the fact that I didn't send or give a single Christmas Card this year! Can you believe that??? I was so busy during the fall that I didn't get any of my own Christmas Cards done. Yikes! I will not let that happen again this year!
I needed a few Congratulations cards this month to send out to my downline. The brand new Sale-A-Bration set Congrats was the perfect stamp set for the job. I paired it with the absolutely gorgeous new Parisian Breeze Specialty Designer Series Paper. This stuff is absolutely stunning! It is a textured cover weight cardstock. The colors are to die for and the texture is amazing! You get a pack of 12 Double Sided Sheets for $13.95.
I used the Parisian Breeze Specialty Designer Series Paper as my guide for choosing the colors. Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Kraft, and Whisper White. I used some of my favorite new accessories on this card including the gorgeous Chocolate Chip Polka Dot ribbon from the Valet Ribbon Originals Pack, the Chocolate Chip Corduroy buttons and the Simple Flower Embosslit! I also used the Top Note Bigz Die, but you already know how much I love that!
I needed another Congratulations card for my dear friend Liz Shultz who is celebrating her sixth anniversary with Stampin' Up! The basic design for this card is the same as the ones I did for my downline, I just did a few more flowers on this one. I also used the gorgeous new 5/16" Jumbo Neutral Brads from Stampin' Up! I am so in love with Chocolate Chip anything, yes cookies too! These brads were on my first new catalog order!
