How fabulous does all this gorgeous ribbon look? As many of you know I have a bit of an obsession with ribbon, add polka dots to the ribbon and I love it even more! I just couldn't resist taking this picture of the bows lined up neatly. It makes me giddy just looking at it! lol
Are you wondering what all that gorgeous ribbon is attached to? I needed some thank you cards for all my customers who placed an order with me for my cruise sale last week. I wanted to use the brand new In Colors and one of the new stamp sets. I settled on Razzle Dazzle.
I was able to make 24 cards with matching envelopes in less than 2 hours! The design is very simple, only two pieces of card stock, one color of Classic Ink and a piece of ribbon. I stamped the greeting first and then stamped the flowers around the edges. I did use my Stamp-a-ma-jig just to make sure I wasn't stamping over the images I had already stamped. I then tied a piece of the polka dot grosgrain ribbon to the side of each card.
I am just thrilled with how they turned out. Now I just need to get writing in them before all the orders arrive!
