Today we are previewing the new à la modes All Star stamp set. I am so thrilled that MFT has new sports themed set for girls! It's great to have a stamp set to use for my athletic friends and family!
I stamped the image on a piece of X-Press Blending card stock and I colored her with Copics. I had to use the My Mind's Eye paper, Fine & Dandy True Blue. This paper just screams to be used with this set. I have a feeling a few of my design team sisters also used this paper! I paired the paper with some Hot Fudge, Berrylicious and So Saffron card stock.
The Die-namics Stacking Stars die was the perfect die to coordinate with this stamp set. I wanted the flag she was holding to have that vintage high school feel to it so I stitched the star on to the flag. I also used the Die-namics Star Border die. One of my favorite things about this particular die is that you can manipulate the star border into any shape you want. I decided to hang it like a swag on this card. I love having that versatility!
I used the Die-namics Simply Scallops die for the scallops on the front of the card. I'm loving this new size of scallops! I never would have guessed that I needed so many different sized scallops, but I do! LOL I also used the Die-namics Layered Label die for the sentiment on the inside of the card.
