If you came directly from the talented Jessie's Blog you are on the right track, if not you will want to go back to start at the beginning Kim's Blog!
I have a couple of cards to share with you today. First up is the oh so sweet Pure Innocence set You're So Tweet. I just love that little bird on her shoulder! I stamped the image on a piece of X-Press Blending card stock and I colored her with Copics. I added one of the sweet sentiments to the side of the circle. This is one of my favorite things about clear stamps, I love that I can manipulate them into the shape I am looking for.
I used Pink Lemonade and Hot Fudge card stock along with a number of prints from My Mind's Eye Tickled Pink Collection of papers.
I used the new Die-namics Simply Scallops die along with the fabulous Die-namics Layered Labels die.
My next card features the sweet new Pure Innocence set, Primrose. This is the second set in the year long flower & calendar series of Pure Innocence stamps. I've got some fun projects planned for this line. I'll be sharing one of them with you next week!
I've been working diligently on trying to use up my patterned paper scraps which is why this card is so bright! I had these prints sitting on my desk when I sat down to stamp. I think I was channeling Carole and Susan! LOL
I stamped the image on a piece of X-Press Blending card stock and I colored her with Copics. The dress was paper pieced with a print from October Afternoon's Seaside collection. I wasn't planning on cutting this image out but my Black Copics marker spit up on the paper so I had to improvise!
The gorgeous ribbon is from MFT's Black Collection of ribbon. I just love how the black gingham pops off the card! I used two new Die-namics dies on this card. The Die-namics Simply Scallops die and the Die-namics Butterflies die. I also used the Die-namics Layered Label die for the sentiment. I seriously can't get enough of this die! You really need to add both of these beauties to your shopping cart! I added a couple of Swaroski Crystals to each of the butterflies. I think they provide the perfect amount of bling!
Now it's time to send you on to the very talented Inge's Blog! I know she will have something that will amaze all of us!
