It's time for MFTWSC54! It's our second sketch for the new year. Is completing all 52 sketches this year one of your new years resolutions? If not, it should be! LOL The MFT WSC sketches are a great way to stretch your creative muscle each week, and you have a chance to win $20.00 in MFT cash! It can't get any better than that!
I inked up the adorable new PI Heart Warmer. I stamped the image on a piece of X-Press It card stock and I colored his face with Copics. I paper pieced the rest of the image with prints from Echo Park's Winter Park collection. I used Sno Cone card stock and I finished off the card with a piece of thin white ribbon.
Of course I had to use a couple of Die-namics dies on the card. I used the new Mini Wavy Pennants Die-namics die for the sentiments. The pole is from the Mini Pennants Die-namics set. For the sentiments on the inside of the card I used the Framed Greetings Die-namics.
Here are the details for the weekly MFTWSC challenge. Simply follow the sketch and create a card or other paper creation. You may use any stamps and supplies that you wish. Each week, a keyword is assigned to the sketch. All you need to do to enter, is upload your card to the gallery at SCS, and enter the given keyword in the keyword box, during the upload process. After the deadline, we randomly choose a winner from that week's entries and the winner will receive a $15 gift voucher. If the winning card uses MFT stamps, the participant will earn a $5 bonus, for a total of a $20 gift voucher! That is up to $100 per month in prizes, JUST for playing along.
