I am back with another day of MFT Teasers! Today we have two Clearly Sentimental sets to share with you. My first card features Clearly Sentimental About Romance. I stamped the sentiment using Slate Adirondack ink on a piece of X-Press It card stock. I used the Clearly Sentimental Die-namics die for the sentiment.
For card stock I used some Going Grey and Basic Grey textured card stock from Stampin' Up! The patterned paper is all from Echo Park's Yours Truly. I finished off the card with some Basic Grey mini brads.
I am in love with the new Botanical Beauty Die-namics die, so it should be no surprise that I used it again on this card! I paired the flower with the Leafy Flourish Die-namics die. On the inside of the card I used two layers of the Botanical Beauty Die-namics dies, the flower on the front of the card uses all three dies. This is one big and beautiful flower!
My next card features this month's Triple Scoop set, Clearly Sentimental About Pets. As a huge dog lover, I am so thrilled with this set! Pets really are such an important part of the family and it is wonderful to have a set that expresses that. Having said that, I am not at all happy with how my card turned out! LOL I had something a little different in mind but the execution just didn't work out.
I stamped the sentiment on a piece of X-Press It card stock cut with the Framed Greetings Die-namics die. The adorable charm and collar buckle are from the new Pet Charms Die-namics set. This is such a fun set of charms! I used Hot Fudge and Blue Raspberry card stock along with some prints from My Mind's Eye, Lost & Found Two, Breeze collection.
On the inside of the card I used the Well Worn Greetings Die-namics die for the sentiment. I also added a little paw print. I used the larger charm from the front of the card to line up the paw print. I adhered the smaller pieces to the paper and then removed the charm leaving only the paw print. It's a quick and easy trick to get a perfect paw print every time!
