It's time for the MFT Teaser week to begin! Once again, I am so excited about this release! We have some amazing stamp sets and Die-namics for you this month. We also have a full week of fabulous projects to share with you. It's going to be a fabulous week!
Our first is from the Who's that Girl/Guy line, Godspeed. This is a beautiful set, full of heartfelt sentiments. It is just perfect for all your loved one who are or who have served their country.
I stamped the image on a couple of pieces of patterned paper from My Mind's Eye, Lost & Found, Portobello Road. I paper pieced the image layer by layer. Each pocket and badge has been paper pieced. I thought about using brads for the buttons but I didn't have any that were that tiny. Instead I used a Copic Multi-liner.
I used Old Paper, Tea Dye, and Antique Linen Distress Inks to distress the edges of the paper and the card stock. The card stock is Fossil and Hot Fudge. I added a few pewter brads and some Flax twine to finish off the card.
Did you notice that big tag? Of course you did! This die is from the new Traditional Tags STAX Die-namics. I am so excited to have a new set of tags! I also used the Die-namics Ticket Tab die for the sentiment.
I kept the inside of the card fairly simple. I wanted the sentiments to be the main focus.
