New Product Tour - My Favorite Sentiments

It's finally here, it's release day! It's time to SHOP! All the new stamp sets and Die-namics dies can be find HERE. I have a couple of cards to share with you tonight featuring the new My Favorite Sentiments stamp set.

MFT is so excited to celebrate our 6th birthday this month! It has been our pleasure serving you and look forward to many more years to come.  In honor of the celebration, we have a special offer for you.  From July 3 through July 31, we are offering the My Favorite Sentiments stamp set at the bargain price of just $6 ($17.95 retail value).  The stamp set is a graphic collection of sentiments inspired by you, our valued MFT fans.

 There are a number of stamps in this set that work perfectly with the new Designer Labels 3 STAX Die-namics dies.

I stamped the sentiment on a print from My Mind's Eye Indie Chic Nutmeg paper. I used Denim Adirondack ink. I used the B02 Copics marker to color inside the letters. I like these two tones of blue together.

 I did some hand stitching around the Designer Labels 3 STAX. I used the embossed edge that the Die-namics die create as a guide for stitching. I go around the edge using a paper piercer to create the holes. I then go back with a needle and thread. It does take a bit of time to do, but I love the end result.

I used Kraft and Natural card stock. I added a touch of canvas trim.

 The new Plentiful Petals Die-namics creates such a full flower. I just love it! For the flower on the front of the card I used a booster dot between each layer. This gives the flower lots of extra dimension. I paired the flower with the leaf die from the Hibiscus Die-namics.

I kept the inside of the card fairly simple. I didn't use a sentiment, I left it blank, with lots of room for a personal message.

 For the Plentiful Petals flower on the inside of the card I did not use any booster dots. The flower is still nice and full, just a bit less dimension.

My next card also features the My Favorite Sentiments set and the Designer Labels 3 STAX Die-namics.

 I really love this sentiment! I am honored to work with so many incredible women at MFT. I am constantly inspired by all of them!

I used Red Hot, Berrylicious and Whip Cream for card stock. The patterned paper is from Cosmo Cricket's Cubierta Miniatura. I had some fun with the ribbon treatment. I used Red Hot and Berrylicious Ribbon. I love having matching card stock, ribbon and now BUTTONS! That's right, MFT now has 26 colors of custom dyed buttons that will match our card stock and ribbon! I am so excited about this new product!

 Once again, I kept the inside of the card fairly simple. No sentiment, just lots of layers!
