It's day three of the MFT Teasers! We have two fantastic sets to share with you today, Clearly Sentimental about Grandparents and Clearly Sentimental about Coffee. I inked up the Clearly Sentimental about Coffee stamp set.
I have a stash of these bags in my stamping closet. I usually use them for baked goods, but they are also perfect for fresh coffee grounds. I used the new Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX Die-namics as the base for my tag. The sentiment was stamped on a piece of X-Press It card stock using Memento Rich Cocoa ink.
I had fun with all sorts of Die-namics on this tag. The Designer Labels 2 STAX Die-namics was used for the sentiment panel. I added in a large flourish created with the Large Fancy Flourish Die-namics. The flower was created with the new Flower Medley Die-namics. You are seriously going to love mixing and matching all the different flower shapes in this set!
For card stock I used Hot Fudge, the patterned paper is from My Mind's Eye, The Sweetest Thing, Honey collection. I added a bit of Hot Fudge ribbon to the top of the bag and I adhered the tag to the ribbon.
Of course I needed a matching card to go with the bag of coffee. I used the same supplies on the card as I did on the tag.
The swirl was done in Hot Fudge on the card, instead of patterned paper. I also snipped off bits of the swirl as I wanted something a bit smaller than the full flourish.
There are so many fabulous sentiments in this stamp set! I have a feeling that it will get a lot of use, especially around the holidays!
