For my projects today, I created a couple of sets of treat holders using the new Lollipop Additions - Love stamp set. I am a huge fan of the Lollipop Treat Die-namics and I am thrilled that we have a new set to coordinate with it. I filled my treat holders with Hershey Kisses instead of lollipops.
For my first set of treats I went with some traditional Valentine's Day colors. I cut the out the Lollipop Treat holder in X-Press It card stock. I stamped two of the background images from the set using Pink Pirouette Classic Ink and Wild Plum Adirondack ink.
The new Homespun Hearts and the coordinating Rustic Hearts Die-namics were the perfect size for the front of the treat holder. I added a sentiment using the Fishtail Flags Layers Die-namics and a sentiment from the Homespun Hearts stamp set.
For the top of the treat holder, I used some Cotton Candy cardstock and a touch of pink gingham ribbon.
My next set of Lollipop treat holders is probably my favorite of the three sets.
Once again, I used X-Press It card stock as the base of the treat holder. I stamped the heart background stamp using Pink Pirouette Classic Ink. I used a couple of images from the new Homespun Hearts stamp set. I stamped the flower stems in Jellybean Green Premium Dye Ink, the hearts were stamped with Regal Rose Classic Ink. I fussy cut out the flower stems and the smaller heart, the larger heart was cut using the Rustic Hearts Die-namics.
I used the Fishtail Flags Die-namics and a sentiment from the Lollipop Additions - Love stamp set for the sentiment flag. The top of the treat holder was created with Cotton Candy card stock and some light pink gingham ribbon.
For the final set of treat holders I went for a non traditional Valentine's color combo, red and aqua blue. There is just something about this combo that I love!
I used Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink and Baja Breeze Classic ink to stamp the base of the Lollipop Treat holder. The stamps are from the Lollipop Additions - Love and Hearts and Stitches stamp sets. I stamped the heart, the button and the sentiment all with stamps from the Homespun Hearts stamp set. I used the Circle STAX 2 Die-namics to cut out the button. The button is perfectly sized for the die! I added a touch of Charcoal Twine to the button. I love that pop of black.
I used Berrylicious card stock for the top of the treat holder. I finished it off with a bit of black gingham ribbon.
