It's day three of the MFT Teasers! We have three fabulous sets to share with you today, You Make My Day, Lovey Dovey Sentiments, and Inspired by Time. I have a couple of projects using these sets and some new Die-namics to share with you today.
My first project features the new You Make My Day set. This is our new Triple Scoop set for the month. If you are unfamiliar with the Triple Scoop, you can find out all about here.
I used the new Heart STAX Die-namics dies to cut a number of different sized hearts using Love Note patterned paper by Fancy Pants. The card stock is Paver Red, Pink Lemonade and Black Licorice.
I stamped the sentiment from You Make My Day on a flag created with the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and the Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-namics. I added a couple of coordinating buttons in Black Licorice, Paver Red, and Pink Lemonade. I added a touch of Hemp Cord to each button.
For the inside of the card, I stamped another sentiment on a Fishtail Flag and I added a few additional hearts.
I created a sweet little treat box with the new Square Pillow Box Die-namics. I added a sentiment from the You Make My Day stamp set. I finished off the box with a Paver Red Button and some Hemp Cord.
My next card features the gorgeous Inspired by Time stamp set.
I stamped the pocket watch on a piece of distressed paper from the Bo Bunny Timepiece collection. I colored the image with Copics and added a thick layer of glaze to the watch face.
I used the Oval STAX1 Die-namics and the Oval STAX 2 Die-namics to cut the ovals.
I used the Oval Tab Die-namics for the sentiment at the bottom of the card. I finished off the card with a few copper brads, a copper ribbon slide and a piece of Hot Fudge ribbon. I used Natural and Hot Fudge for card stock.
