It's MFT Teaser Time! We have an absolutely fabulous line up of stamp sets and Die-namics to share with you this week. We are starting things off with a fabulous set from Lisa Johnson Designs - Pretty Poppies and the coordinating Poppies and Leaves Die-namics.
I stamped the stem with our brand new Gumdrop Green Premium Dye Ink. I used the Poppies and Leaves Die-namics to cut out the poppy. I then stamped the poppy with Electric Red Premium Dye Ink. Electric Red? That's right, we've added a new color to our color line up. The inside of the poppy was colored with my Copics.
The ovals were cut with the Oval 1 STAX Die-namics and the Oval 2 STAX Die-namics. I added a bit of stitching to the main oval and a few black brads. I used Black Licorice, Electric Red and X-Press It card stock.
On the inside of the card, I used one of the fabulous sentiments and another one of the poppies from the Pretty Poppies stamp set. I also used the fabulous script stamp. I love this stamp!
My second card features the same stamp set and the same colors as the first card, but it has a completely different feel to it.
I used the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and the Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-namics for the main panel. I stamped the poppies using Electric Red Premium Dye Ink, the centers were colored with Copics. I added a bit of Black Licorice Ribbon, some white hemp cord and an Electric Red Button.
I used the Circle STAX 1 Die-namics and the Cicle STAX 2 Die-namics to cut the circles. I added the gorgeous script stamp to the circle. I really do love this stamp!
I kept the inside of the card simple, lots of script, a sentiment and another poppy.
